<p>A method for transmitting data by using resources in a hybrid ARQ operation is provided to make the use of resources in various domains for sub-packet transmission possible.. One or more sub-packets are transmitted based on the combination of resources from multiple domains. The combination of resources indicates whether to maintain or change resource arrangement for following transmission. The resources comprises at least one of the time, frequency, space, modulation, power and code. The time is synchronous or asynchronous. The resource arrangement is indicated by 0 or 1. The 0 indicates that the same resource is used to transmit all of the sub-packets, and the 1 indicates that resources used for each sub-packet transmission or each sub-set are different.</p> |
