A brazing-welding system of nuclear fuel rod using end cap and filler metal, and method using the same are provided to control melting temperature of brazing material by heating junction part by radio frequency heating device within short time. A nuclear fuel rod rotation device(20) comprises a insertion and a fixing groove. The nuclear fuel rod is fixed in the insertion and the fixing groove of the nuclear fuel rod rotation device. An insertion metal for brazing is inserted between a rod end cover of the nuclear fuel rod and a covering tube surrounding the nuclear fuel rod. A vertical moving oil pressure device(30) vertically moves the nuclear fuel rod fixed in the nuclear fuel rod rotation device. A radio frequency heating device(10) melts the insertion metal for brazing for brazing process. A cooling device cools a brazing junction part melted between the rod end cover and the covering tube.
