A crushing roller of a bit for bedrock excavation and the manufacturing method thereof are provided to preventing the damage of a cover by internal pressure, thereby to prevent the damage of a ball bearing and a cylindrical roller bearing by crushed bedrock powder entering between a crushing roller and a crushing roller shaft. A crushing roller of a bit for bedrock excavation includes a ball bearing chamber formed on the inner circumference of a crushing roller(10) and a ball bearing room formed on the outer circumference of a crushing roller shaft(20) to make a ball bearing having a larger outside diameter than the existing ball bearing(30) placed in the ball bearing chamber correspond the axial stress and bending stress applying on the crushing roller simultaneously, a ball bearing and a cylindrical roller bearing(102) installed to make the inner circumference of the crushing roller combined with a bearing fixing sleeve, and a surging cylinder for absorbing internal pressure formed by placing a surging piston in a ball bearing insertion hole formed on the inside of the crushing roller shaft and sealing tightly.
