An apparatus of a complex cart for a ship is provided to effectively use a dock to be used when building a ship by moving a complex cart to the direction equal to the longitudinal direction when mounting a propeller in a ship. An apparatus of a complex cart for a ship comprises a bogie frame(50), a height adjusting lift(52), a wheel(53), a platform(64), a plurality of secondary wheel parts(100), four auxiliary plates(200), a rotating plate(300). Four frames of the bogie frame are manufactured to the rectangular frame shape. The height adjusting lift is positioned in the corner of the bogie frame. The height adjusting lift can adjust height perpendicularly. Wheels are positioned in the lower part of each of height adjusting lift. Wheels move along a railway(82) which attached in order to guide the movement of the bogie frame. A mount is prepared and perpendicularly in order to be faced in upper both sides of the bogie frame. The mount rests a propeller(80) or a ship rudder etc. The auxiliary wheel is located to the lower part of the bogie frame. The auxiliary wheel ascends and descends vertically. The auxiliary plate is welded to the corner of the bogie frame. The rotating plate is hinge-coupled with each of auxiliary plates. The rotating plate is formed in one side of four height adjusting lifts respectively. The height adjusting lift is connected against the bogie frame to the horizontal direction in order to be rotatable.
