An one touch rear bumper of the large freight vehicle is provided to prevent the small vehicle from getting stuck under the leaded vehicle since the location of the rear-end collision part is fixed or restored with the operation of the restoration bumper part. An one touch rear bumper of the large freight vehicle comprises a rear-end collision part(10) in which the noise-damper for absorbing the impact force in the vehicle clash is equipped, a shock-absorbing bumper part reducing impact with the rotation, a restoration bumper part(20) decreasing impact through a buffer spring(250). The restoration bumper part includes a bumper housing(220) having the internal space, which is fixed to the bumper fixing frame of the rear frame in car body, a buffer spring installed inside the bumper housing, a spring support frame(240) moving inside the bumper housing and controlling the motion of the buffer spring, a rear-end collision part supporting frame(210) moving inside the bumper housing, a rotation frame(230) controlling the motion of the spring support frame and rear-end collision part supporting frame.
