<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner having the small-scale heating function in addition to the humidifying-dehumidifying function. <P>SOLUTION: In this air conditioner 1, a control part 6 can perform a heating operation mode and a heating-humidifying operation mode, and in the heating operation mode, a heat source part (heater 32, second air blower 33, air blowing pipe 34 and heat exchange part 35) of a dehumidifying unit 3 is operated, and in the heating-humidifying operation mode, the heat source part of the dehumidifying unit 3 and a humidifying unit 4 are simultaneously operated. A user can select the heating operation mode or the heating-humidifying operation mode via a selection button 37.
