<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a congestion information providing system for distributing congestion information of a store on the basis of the information provided by a user without imposing any excessively burdening a facility on the store. <P>SOLUTION: This congestion information providing system is provided with: a unique sign 1 installed in a store for identifying the store; a mobile terminal unit 2 owned by a visitor; a mobile terminal unit 3 owned by a visitor candidate; and a server 5 for consolidating the congestion information of the store by communication with each of the mobile terminal units. When the visitor images the unique sign 1 of the store by a camera of the mobile terminal unit 2, and inputs current congestion information in the store, the photographed unique sign is decoded into store identification information, and the store identification information is associated with the input congestion information, and transmitted through the network 4 to a server. When a visitor candidate transmits a congestion information request signal by the mobile terminal unit 3, the congestion information of the store in a specified region is distributed through the network 4 to the mobile terminal unit 3 of the visitor candidate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
