PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object detection device capable of achieving proper object recognition, and to provide a photographing device, programs, a photographing method, an object detecting method, and a manufacturing method for the object detection device. SOLUTION: The object detection device comprises a photographing state detection means 19 for detecting a photographing state of a photographing device 1 and an object detection means 15 for detecting an object 18 from a photographed image using an object information for recognizing the object 18.
