PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to execute the highly precise ranking of an information group in a conventional information processor. SOLUTION: This information processor includes: an access log information storage part for storing two or more information group identifiers as information for identifying an information group and access log information as information having access time information as information related with a time when the information group has been accessed; an access relevance information acquisition part for calculating access frequency showing the number of times of access performed within a prescribed period from present by using the access time information of the access log information for every information group to be identified by the information identifier; a ranking information configuration part configuring ranking information as information showing two or more information groups by using the access frequency; and an output part for outputting the ranking information configured by the ranking information configuration part.
