PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens holder which attains focus adjustment even though being simpler structure. SOLUTION: The lens holder includes a lens frame 3 for holding a lens 2, a focus ring 4A arranged surrounding the outer periphery of the lens frame, and a base 5A that holds the above components. Three cam parts 43 for integrally moving the focus ring, the lens frame and the lens backward and forward in the optical axis direction of the lens are formed on the peripheral end face of the focus ring. Ring holding parts 52 partly constituting the base receive the cam parts, respectively. The ring holding part also functions as a cam receiving part, a holding part holding the focus ring while allowing the focus ring to rotate, and an elastic part that applies an elastic force between the cam part and the cam receiving part.
