PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a conventional cover glass used for counting asbestos and other fiber particles with a phase-contrast microscope, a counting visual field varies, resulting in an error, even if multiple analysts use the same counting specimen. SOLUTION: By printing on the cover glass to designate the visual field so that the multiple analysts can perform counting work, etc. within the exactly same visual field, a counting error is eliminated to improve analytical accuracy.
