PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide long-lived molding formwork hard to peel elastomer pads from a plate surface of a porous carrier even by repetitive use. SOLUTION: The molding formwork 1 for a molded compression skin structure fiber panel is composed of the porous carrier 2 in which a plurality of through-holes 5 are bored in the plate surface and the plurality of elastomer pads 4 are geometrically arranged and fixed on the plate surface on the surface side of the porous carrier 2. In the molding formwork 1, bushings 6 having a flange 9 at the top of each shaft 8 are formed from a rigid material, elastomers (pad bodies 7) are integrally molded so as to cover the bushings 6, thereby composing the elastomer pads 4, and simultaneously physically implanting the shaft 8 of the bushings 6 in the porous carrier 2.
