PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bead filler composition which harmoniously improves steering stability, rolling resistance properties, and curbstone pinching-off performance, having a high rigidity (E*) and a low rolling resistance (tanδ), excels in elongation at break [EB (%)], and furthermore can suppress the cost and can improve rubber moldability and a tire having the bead filler using the same. SOLUTION: The bead filler composition comprises a rubber component containing a deproteinized natural rubber having a total nitrogen content as an index of protein of not more than 0.3 wt.% and the tire has the bead filler using the same.
