PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior cover set at the inner side of a truck panel without substantially affecting the folding of a truck for cargo work. SOLUTION: A projection 8a projected to the rear side of at least one side panel 5 and retaining a base 3 in a standing attitude when the base 3 has the standing attitude is provided on the base 3 of the foldable truck 1 for cargo work. In a side sheet, at a side where at least the projection 8a exists, and which is one of both left and right side sheets 11, 12 possessed by the interior cover 9, only an upper half 12a above the projection 8a when the base 3 is in the standing attitude is bonded to the side of a back sheet 10, and a lower half 12b separated from the side of the back sheet 10 is constituted so as to be twisted up to an inner side upper part.
