The invention relates to a ramp, especially a wheelchair ramp, for bridging the difference in height of a step (1) or the like, said ramp comprising a practicable surface (6), the length of which is individually variable. The aim of the invention is to produce a simple and light ramp which is used to overcome height differences with a wheelchair, can be transported with the wheelchair, and can be individually constructed anywhere as quickly as possible. To this end, the practicable surface is formed by a roller profiled element (6) consisting of a plurality of strip-type elements that are interconnected in an articulated manner. Said profiled element can be retracted and withdrawn into and from a box-type base body (2), and a length-adjustable carrier element (9) is associated therewith. |
