POWER CABLE AND MANUFACTURING THEREOF

A power cable device and manufacturing method thereof are provided to shield magnetic field by using a shielding sheet made of metal material of high permeability. Two or more power cables are comprised of a conductor and an insulation film, and have different phase. A pipe surrounds power cables. A thin sheet is thickness 0.05~0.2mm of high permeability metal material over maximum permeability 1000, and surrounds an outside of the pipe. The power cables are installed with one arrangement selected among a reverse phase arrangement, a three phase delta arrangement, and a three phase horizontal arrangement. The high permeability metal material is made of one selected among material of iron content 95% or greater, a permalloy, and a mu-metal. A shielding material is composed of one shape selected among screw shape or series shape.
