A permanent magnet type rotary electric machine and a permanent magnet type rotary electric system are provided to prevent exfoliation of a permanent magnet by installing a plurality of permanent magnets by being inserted in the outer around part of a core of a rotor and a stator. A stator(1) is composed of a stator core and a distributed winding stator. The stator core has a cylindrical shape and has a plurality of teeth(12). The distributed winding stator has a wound coil(10) with the teeth. A top coil(8) of the coil is installed at the outer circumference side of a slot(13). A bottom coil(9) of coil is not installed at the inner circumference of the slot. A rotor(2) is pivotally installed coaxially as the stator. A shaft(6) is inserted in the axis of a rotor core(5). Permanent magnets(3) are installed within a plurality of magnet slots(4) installed at the outer around part of the rotor core.
