A vermiculite incombustible panel of a multilayered structure is provided not to lose properties including incombustibility, fire resistance and lightweightness by being strong and having thin thickness and to form a secondary fire wall by expansive force of vermiculite dried in a fire. A vermiculite incombustible panel of a multilayered structure comprises an unexpanded vermiculite layer(10) including unexpanded dried vermiculite powder, a first adhesive layer(20) of an incombustible adhesive material, an expanded vermiculite layer(30) attached to the unexpanded vermiculite layer by the first adhesive layer and including expanded vermiculite powder, a second adhesive layer(40) of an incombustible adhesive material formed on the opposite side to the contact surface with the first adhesive layer of the expanded vermiculite layer, and a melamine sound insulation layer(50) attached to the expanded vermiculite layer by the second adhesive layer and including melamine.
