An inmold transfer film for electricity and electronic product exterior material is provided to realize the various designs, to charge no motif of a printing layer and to production products of a high quality when transferring electricity and electronic products having a non-planar surface a side such as a curved surface or an angular to exterior of the electricity and electronic products. An inmold transfer film for electricity and electronic product exterior material contains successively a coating layer(10), a printing layer(20), a bonding layer(30) and a releasing layer(40). The printing layer is the printing layer is made of figure 5~15 layers of different motifs formed into a silk printing method. The printing layer is formed with a thickness of 10±2mum.
