DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION, COMPOSITE ELECTRONIC COMPONENT AND LAMINATED CERAMIC CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature-sintered dielectric ceramic composition keeping the performance even when being made thin by increasing dielectric constant and exhibiting high insulating resistance, a composite electronic component such as a lamination type filter or a lamination ceramic capacitor having a dielectric layer comprising the dielectric ceramic composition.

SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition contains main components of 85-99 mol% Ti oxide expressed in terms of TiO2and 1-15 mol% Zn oxide expressed in terms of ZnO and it is preferable to contain a glass component containing oxide of B and/or oxide of Cu as accessary components. The content of glass component is larger than 0.1 wt.% and equal to or below 10 wt.% and the content of Cu oxide is 0.1-1 wt.% expressed in terms of CuO per 100 wt.% main component.
