METHOD FOR HANDLING ENCRYPTION ID, AND CRM SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an encryption key from being stolen and a skimmed number from being decrypted.

SOLUTION: In a CRM system having an encryption tag management part 07 and utilizing RFID, the encryption tag management part 07 is provided with an encryption tag production part 071 for producing a serial encryption tag 077 in which encrypted serial ID obtained by encrypting the serial ID of the RFID by a common key is written and a decryption part 074 for receiving the encrypted serial ID 078 read out by a user through an RFID reader and decrypting the received encrypted serial ID 078 to the serial ID by the common key 075.
