<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic adhesive optical film which is excellent in antistatic effect, optical characteristics and water resistance, and is excellent in adhesiveness between an antistatic layer and an adhesive layer. <P>SOLUTION: The antistatic adhesive optical film used in forming an image display device comprises: the antistatic layer 2 stacked on at least one surface of an optical film 1; and the adhesive layer 3 stacked on the antistatic layer. The antistatic layer includes polythiophene-based conductive polymer and polystyrene sulfonate and/or polyvinyl sulfonate which is water-soluble sulfonate as raw material component, and contains the water-soluble sulfonate of 100 to 300 pts.wt. per the polythiophene type conductive polymer of 100 pts.wt..
