<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply producing a cell sheet having a sufficient thickness in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a cell sheet, wherein the method comprises steps S1 and S2 of adding collagen which is subjected to non-gelation measures to a medium; a step S3 of culturing mesenchymal stem cells in the medium containing the collagen which is subjected to non-gelation measures in a culture vessel; and a step S4 of separating a cell sheet produced by culturing from the culture vessel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
