<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device, capable of restraining the generation of color mixture, in a solid-state imaging device having an in-layer optical filter layer for cutting off infrared rays, and to provide a camera module equipped with the imaging device. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of pixels 22 including a photoelectric conversion part 31 and a pixel transistor are arranged with an in-layer optical filter layer 62, formed facing the light-receiving surface of the photoelectric conversion part 31 of a predetermined pixel for cutting off infrared rays.
