<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire useful information about compound series including a plurality of compounds having similar structure and feature with simple operation and work. <P>SOLUTION: Based on data collected by chromatograph mass spectrometry, holding time and mass/charge ratio are used as two axes, and a two-dimensional iso-intensity line graph where signal intensity is drawn as the contour line is created and displayed (S1). When an operator specifies an optional range with a drag operation or the like of a mouse on the graph (S2), data included in the specified range is collected, the signal intensity of the mass/charge ratio axial direction is integrated every holding time, and integrated mass chromatogram is created based on the integrated value (S4 and S5). The signal intensity of the holding time axial direction is integrated for each mass/charge ratio, and integrated mass spectrum is created based on the integrated value (S6 and S7).
