PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker grill mounting structure which facilitates attachment and detachment, and which can be mounted surely. SOLUTION: The speaker body 4 is provided with a non-through hole 8 that will not penetrate to the inside of a speaker body 3 on a surface for mounting a speaker grill 5; the speaker grill 5 is provided with a boss 9, at a side where the speaker grill 5 is mounted on the speaker body 3, a catcher 10 is inserted into the boss 9; and the boss 9 with the catcher 10 inserted thereinto is inserted into the non-through hole 8.
