PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component for reducing an abnormal noise, and to provide an optical member and an optical device. SOLUTION: The optical component (1) includes: a driving source (13) for driving an optical element (7); and a plate member (14), one end of which supports the driving source (13) and the other end of which is fixed. The plate member (14) includes fiber materials (19), the fiber materials (19) are arranged in nearly parallel or nearly vertical to one another with respect to a direction from one end side to the other end side of the plate member.
