PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a mixture of an isomer phthalic acid dialkyl ester having specified viscosity. SOLUTION: The mixture of an isomer phthalic acid dialkyl ester has viscosity and a composition represented by formula IV and is produced by mixing a pure isomer phthalic acid dialkyl ester and/or a mixture of a phthalic acid dialkyl ester (wherein the alkyl ester has the same number of carbon and the number of carbon that corresponds to the viscosity).
