A system for regulating the temperature of a fuel cell is provided to maintain the temperature of fuel battery in case of the failure of the transfer of cooling fluid, and to improve the performance of a fuel battery and the lifetime. A system for regulating the temperature of a fuel cell cooled with the cooling fluid flown through a fuel battery(1) comprises the first control unit(5a) and the second control unit(7a). The first control unit measures the temperature(Tsm) of the cooling fluid and controls the flow rate of the cooling fluid by using the measured temperature(Tsm). The second control unit measures the flow rate(Qm) of the cooling fluid, and controls the temperature(Tec) of the cooling fluid by using the flow difference between the command flow rate(Qc) specified with the first control unit and the measured flow rate(Qm). The command temperature (Tec) specified with the second control unit compensates for the flow difference. |
