<p>A continuous cracking apparatus for producing oil from waste tyre, includes a screw feeder (2), a cracking kettle (3) and a slag-discharging screw (7). The discharge port of the screw feeder (2) is connected to the feed inlet that is at the left end of the cracking kettle (3). There is a nitrogen inlet pipe (4) on the connecting passage of the discharge port of the screw feeder (2) and the inlet of the cracking kettle (3). The cracking kettle (3) is equipped with a screw shaft (5) along its transverse direction. There are spiral conveying vanes (14) on the screw shaft (5). There is a discharging port on the sidewall of the cracking kettle (3) at the right end of the screw shaft (5). The discharge port of the cracking kettle (3) is connected to the feed inlet of a slag-discharging screw (7). There is a nitrogen inlet pipe (8) on the connecting passage of the inlet of the slag-discharging screw (7) and the outlet of the cracking kettle (3). There is a steam inlet (13) connected to the right end of the cracking kettle (3). The top of the cracking kettle (3) is connected with at least one inlet (6) of oil vapor conduits. There is an outer heating jacket (11) below the side wall of the cracking kettle (3). There is a heating cavity (16) between the heating jacket (11) and the side wall of the cracking kettle (3). One end of the outside heating jacket (11) is connected with a pipe for introducing heat medium and the other is connected with a pipe for discharging heat medium. The apparatus can be run continuously, safely in a well-sealed manner, and topical coking can be avoided because the waste tyre is heated uniformly.</p> |
