A method and an apparatus for verifying payment contents are provided to offer a chargeable content without inputting serial key by using a mobile phone number. If a user selects a chargeable content, the authentication request window about the chargeable content is displayed(S300). The authentication request command is displayed, it is determined whether it is the coverage state between the cellular phone and the navigation or not(S302). If the navigation and cellular phone are the communications state, the whether or not is judged the number of the cellular phone communicating and the number already registered in the terminal through the local area network of the cellular phone and navigation consents(S304). By using the button equipped in the navigation, kind and UUID of the terminal, the contents and utilization term etc. are transmitted with the cellular phone for to being serviced(S306).
