<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal material for electrical electronic components which can be easily produced and is suitably used for contact parts or sliding parts of connection terminals. <P>SOLUTION: In the metal material for electrical electronic components, a Cu-Sn alloy layer 2 is arranged on a conductive base 1, and in the Cu-Sn alloy layer 2, the Cu concentration is gradually decreased from the base 1 side to the surface 3 side. The metal material is obtained by plating Sn on the conductive base 1 and then performing heat treating the Sn-plated base. A ground layer 6 mainly comprising any of Ni, Co and Fe may be provided between the conductive base 1 and the Cu-Sn alloy layer 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
