<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small drive unit with large driving force and high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An anti-vibration unit 300 as the drive unit is provided with an X-axis vibrator 320x having a driver 321x, a frame 302 of a fixing member, which has an X-axis vibrator holding part 342x, an X-frame 301 having a slider 330x where a depression board 341x depresses the driver through an anti-vibration sheet 355x and a holder 324x, a Y-axis vibrator 320y which is held by a holding part 342y of the X frame and has a driver 321y and a Y frame 38 having a slider 330y where a depression board 341y depresses the driver through an anti-vibration sheet 355y and a holder 324y. Since width of the anti-vibration sheet is narrower than that of the vibrator and grease is applied to a contact part of the anti-vibration sheet with the depression board, the driver abuts on the slider without partial contact, and the slider can be driven in an efficient state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
