<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable fluoropolymer capable of being highly cured by photo-curing while retaining a low refractive index, an anti-reflective film having improved abrasion-resistance and wear resistance while retaining the anti-reflective effect, and anti-reflective goods coated with such anti-reflective films. <P>SOLUTION: This curable fluoropolymer is expressed by formula (1): -(A)-(M)- [where structural unit M is a structural unit derived from a fluorinated ethylenic monomer expressed by formula (M): (where X<SB>1</SB>and X<SB>2</SB>are the same or different and are each H or F; X<SP>3</SP>is H, F, CH<SB>3</SB>, or CF<SB>3</SB>; X<SP>4</SP>and X<SP>5</SP>are the same or different and are each H, F, or CF<SB>3</SB>. Rf is an organic group having 1-3 Y<SP>1</SP>s (where Y<SP>1</SP>is a 2-10C monovalent organic group having an ethylenic carbon-carbon double bond at the end) linked to a fluoroalkyl group containing a 1-40C fluoroalkyl group or a 2-100C ether linkage; (a) is an integer of 0 to 3; (b) and (c) are the same or different and are each 0 or 1). Structural unit A is a structural unit derived from a monomer copolymerizable with a fluuorine-containing ethylenic monomer expressed by Formula (M)].
