发明名称 FIXING STRUCTURE OF MIRROR MEMBER IN LASER SCANNING OPTICAL APPARATUS
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure in which a mirror member is surely fixed by using a photocurable type adhesive and the adhesive is hardly peeled off due to stress concentration. SOLUTION: This fixing structure of the mirror member produces a desired optical path by reflecting laser light in a laser scanning optical apparatus. The mirror member 10 is composed of a glass plate in which a part is coated for giving reflection characteristic to be used as a reflection region 11 and the other part is not coated to form a light transmission region 12 on which the photocurable adhesive is applied. In the light transmission region 12, the surface of the glass plate and the fixing face in the laser scanning optical apparatus are fixed via a photocurable adhesive layer 13. The photocurable adhesive is hardened by the light emitted from the outside through the uncoated light transmission region 12 of the glass plate, and the area of applying the photocurable adhesive 13 is smaller than that of the light transmission region 12.
