PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid droplets from colliding with each other and resultant change of a liquid droplet size and the denaturation of medical solutions from occurring in the central portion where the flow rate of the airflow becomes the maximum inside an airflow path. SOLUTION: Inside an inhalation flow path 2a of a flow path mouthpiece unit 2 having a mouthpiece 4 at one end, a cylindrical structure 3 is disposed, and the cross-section of the inhalation flow path 2a is made ring-shaped. The surface of the structure is provided with a plurality of medicine ejection heads 6, and the medicinal liquids are supplied from a medicine tank 7 provided in the inside of the structure 3. Even when the plurality of medicine ejection heads 6 are simultaneously driven, the liquid droplets can be prevented from colliding with one another to change the liquid droplet size and the like.
