PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for allotting molten iron with which a cost needed to the adjustment of components in a steelmaking without excessively applying the pre-treatment can be minimized and also, the required quantity and required components to the steelmaking process can surely be supplied. SOLUTION: Based on the required components, quantity and the order of the steelmaking, the receiving molten iron quantity in a molten iron ladle is decided, so that in the case of being some required component in the objective heat in a converter, in comparison with the lower than the required component just before receiving the heat into the ladle, the ladle is received to much molten iron than the objective required quantity of the converter heat, and reversely, in the case of being some required component in the objective heat in the converter, in comparison with the higher than the required component just before receiving the heat into the ladle, the ladle is received to less than the objective required quantity of the converter heat.
