PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head capable of stably discharging liquid, so as not to shift a discharge direction by forming most of the circumferential surface of an outlet with the same wettable material. SOLUTION: A projecting portion 4 which does not come into contact with a nozzle wall 5 is provided on the surface of a top board 8 forming the outlet 18 by the same photosensitive resin material as the surface of a substrate 1 forming the outlet 18 and the surface of the nozzle wall 5.
