PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter capable of minimizing noise generated at the time of cutting with a sound eliminating slit formed at a base board which presents a parabola antenna shape. SOLUTION: A cutter 1 is provided with a base board 2 which presents a parabola antenna shape and a cutting chip 3 which is arranged at the outer peripheral edge of the base board 2.
