RO-(PO)m(EO)nSO3M (1) (In the formula, R represents a linear alkyl group having 8-20 carbon atoms; PO and EO respectively represent a propyleneoxy group and an ethyleneoxy group; m and n respectively represent an average mole number of added PO and EO, each satisfying 0 < m < 1 and 0 < n = 2.3; and M represents a cation.)
