The wheel rotary speed sensor, for a motor vehicle or motor cycle, has an acoustic wheel (150) coupled to the wheel bearing carrier. It has a number of paired magnets (360) around its circumference to be registered by the sensor (250), mounted on a spacer, as the magnets pass by it. The sensor signals pass to a circuit (300) with a resistance (325) to convert the sensor rectangular current signals into rectangular voltage signals.
