METHODS OF MANUFACTURING CARBON NANOTUBE-INORGANIC OXIDE NANOPARTICLE COMPOSITES

A method of manufacturing a carbon nanotube-inorganic oxide nano particle complex body is provided to have a very simple process by binding a semiconductor or an insulator oxide nano particle to the carbon nanotube using a method of self-assembly having high selectivity. A method of manufacturing a carbon nanotube - inorganic oxide nano particle complex body comprises steps of: adhering an inorganic oxide nano particle coated to metal salt on a substrate surface; growing the carbon nanotube on the materials; dipping the material in which the carbon nanotube is grown up in water or an aqueous solution and charging the inorganic oxide nano particle; and irradiating an ultraviolet ray in the dipped material, attaching and detaching inorganic oxide nano particle from the material charged by a polarity same with the inorganic oxide nano particle and static-electrically binding the inorganic oxide nano particle to the carbon nanotube charged into opposite polarity with the inorganic oxide nano particle.
