PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-band low-noise amplifier and wireless communication apparatus in which not only increase of circuit area can be prevented but also a band select switch is obviated, performance can be matched for each band and further, performance reduction can be prevented. SOLUTION: A multi-band low-noise amplifier includes: a plurality of input sections 100A, 100B corresponding to each of a plurality of bands; an amplification section 103D including a plurality of amplification elements Q1, Q2 comprising a function which receives at a control element a signal from a corresponding input section for amplification; a degeneration section 104D being connected between a first terminal of each amplification element of the amplification section and a reference potential and including a plurality of inductors; a load circuit 105 being disposed between a power supply potential and a second terminal of each amplification element of the amplification section 103D; and a bias control circuit 106 for biasing the control terminals of the plurality of amplification elements in response to a band select signal, wherein the degeneration section 104D is capable of connecting the first terminals of the plurality of amplification elements with different inductors La, Lb, respectively.
