<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration for effective data transmission control, in which a plurality of transmission devices are connected together in mesh and a specified transmission device among the plurality of transmission devices is functioned as a repeater for data relay during data transmission. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of paths are set in advance as relay paths for constituting respective data transmission paths, for a plurality of data transmission paths. A predetermined priority level is assigned to each of the plurality of paths.
