PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible cable capable of abbreviating an exclusive flexible cable for connecting a frame ground, and reducing the number of components and work processes for mounting. SOLUTION: Of the flexible cable 41 with a plurality of conductors DU arranged inside an insulator ZT and structured so as to connect both end parts of the conductors DU to a connector, a ground layer GU is provided in the insulator ZT. The ground layer GU includes folding ground parts 44a, b capable of folding so as to shield the connector as the end parts of the conductors DU are connected to the connector, and branching ground parts 45, 46 formed by branching from the insulator ZT for insulating the conductors DU, and also, ground connection parts 45a, 46a are provided with the ground layer GU exposed at end parts of each branching ground part 45, 46.
