摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device capable of reducing a deflection current by enhancing breakdown voltage performance of an envelope on the one hand and reducing a diameter on the other hand. SOLUTION: The center part 2b of the envelope 2 corresponding to a location positioning a deflection coil 10 is formed into ground potential the same potential as the deflection coil 10, thereby: enabling the deflection coil 10 to be close to the envelope 2; reducing the diameter; and enabling the deflection current to be reduced. Further, an insulation part is disposed at a rear end part 2a that is both end parts of its center part 2b and a center contact part 2c to insulate the center part 2b of the envelope 2, and cathode side 5 and side 6 of the envelope 2, thus the insulation part is provided with two locations between the cathode side 5 and the anode side 6. Thus, since the breakdown voltage of the envelope may be separated half respectively to allow it to be held by each insulation part, the breakdown voltage performance of the envelope can be enhanced.
