PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flow meter and an ultrasonic transducer unit which can perform flow measurement with high precision. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic flow meter 10, a noise canceling ultrasonic transducer 30, which is fixed to a transducer fixing wall 18 in common with a transmission side measuring ultrasonic transducer 20, transmits an ultrasonic wave having the opposite phase to that of the ultrasonic wave transmitted by the transmission side measuring ultrasonic transducer 20, thereby allowing the ultrasonic wave propagating from the transmission side measuring ultrasonic transducer 20 to the transducer fixing wall 18 to be canceled. In other words, along with the transmission of the ultrasonic wave from the transmission side measuring ultrasonic transducer 20, the ultrasonic wave propagating to a measuring housing 11 through the transducer fixing wall 18 (the so-called housing noise) can be reduced or eliminated, thereby performing flow measurement with high precision.
