PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley structure body preventing slip and tension fluctuation of a belt and maintaining high durability of a rubber elastic body. SOLUTION: The pulley structure body 200 is provided with a cylindrical first rotor 1 around which the belt is wrapped, a second rotor 2 provided rotatably relatively to the first rotor 1 in the first rotor 1, a rubber storage space 4, and two annular rubber elastic bodies 20, 21 arranged in line with an axial direction in the rubber storage space 4. Inner circumference parts of the rubber elastic bodies 20, 21 are connected via inner circumference rings 22, 23 and inner circumference ring connection member 26 in an irrotational relative rotation. The inner circumference ring connection member 26 is slidably installed on the second rotor 2 via the plain bearing 27. An outer circumference part of the rubber elastic bodies 20, 21 are connected to the first rotor 1 and the second rotor 2 via outer circumference rings 24, 25, respectively.
