PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter of simple structure improved in design and capable of preventing deterioration of adhesiveness. SOLUTION: This tape cutter 1 has a reel 20, a shaft member 40, to which the reel 20 is turnably fitted, a holder member 10 having one end fitting part 13a, to which one end of the shaft member 40 is fitted, in a front part 11 thereof, the other end fitting member 30 having the other end fitting part 32, to which the other end of the shaft member 40 is fitted, and a leg part 31. Two of an upper and a lower cutting parts 14a and 14b are provided on one side of the front part, and the one end of the shaft member 40 is provided with one end fitting part 42 possible to be fitted to the one end fitting part 13a, and the other end of the shaft 40 is provided with a flange part 43 capable of preventing a fall of the reel 20, and the flange part is provided with a notch part 41 possible to be fitted to the other fitting part.
