PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer emulsion obtained by improving water resistance, adhesiveness and attaching properties of a conventional type polymer emulsion. SOLUTION: The polymer emulsion contains a water-insoluble polymer having an acidic functional group at the terminal, and ≤2 wt.% conventional type emulsifier.
